Autistic Custodian fired from Wantagh High School

I feel that he should have been treated the same way as any one else. Since the remarks were alleged why not investigate then take action. Every one deserves a chance to explain their actions. Maybe he did not understand what he was really saying. how come the board of education did not give him the opportunity to tell his side. I understand that the well being of the students is priority, but it seams that he was in good character because were supporting him. being that he has Autism some times he dose not understand the full context of what he is saying. Maybe he was provoked in to saying what he said. at the end of the day maybe if he sat down with the principal and given a warning and explained that what he said was not ok.
